About This Game

Basketball Pro Management 2015 grants you total control over managing and coaching a basketball team, navigating regulations from leagues across the world. The weight of the team's success falls on your shoulders as you handle everything from player recruitment and coaching to setting up training and managing budgets. A major update introduces complete North American league-specific regulations, mirroring key parts of the collective bargaining agreement. Recruitment relies solely on trades and contracts with free players, utilizing various contract exceptions like minimum, mid-level, and rookie deals. Players can be traded for others or draft picks, and the game fully implements the salary cap concept, requiring you to manage payroll to avoid luxury taxes. Further features include managing all aspects from recruitment to finances and training. There are 43 playable leagues, including six women's leagues, plus new international competitions like the Olympics and World Cup. Six new national competitions have been added, covering countries like China, Great Britain, Australia, and Lebanon. With over 13,000 players and 1,600 teams customizable in the database editor, you can set training schedules to guide player growth. You can also plan tactics and adjust them during the game, experience 2D and new 3D simulations, and create custom plays using the in-game editor.
