Step into the shoes of Hayden Tenno, a covert operative tasked with a dangerous mission to Lasria, a ruined Eastern European city hiding a catastrophic Cold War legacy. While on the mission, Hayden is assaulted by a mysterious enemy and infected with the Technocyte Virus, a horrific biological agent that turns people into mindless monsters. Surviving the infection, Hayden realizes the virus has given him potent, supernatural abilities. He must adapt to his new powers to survive and rise as a hero. Follow Hayden's journey as he evolves while fighting the Technocyte Virus infecting his body and mind. Hayden acquires incredible superhuman powers, such as the deadly bladed glaive which extends from his arm and can be thrown with pinpoint accuracy. These powers will increase in strength as the game progresses. The game features a cinematic, immersive atmosphere using no HUD, intuitive controls, and an over-the-shoulder third-person camera. Finally, Dark Sector offers an exciting multiplayer mode that lets players use the skills honed in the single-player campaign to compete against others.
