About This Game
Desert Thunder brings arcade-style tank action to the PC. Inspired by contemporary news, the plot drops players into the intensity of a desert warfare scenario. Gamers will blast through desert, metropolitan, and industrial environments inside the experimental Abrams M1A6 Advanced tank, a machine outfitted with fearsome armaments and nearly impenetrable armor. As the commander of a classified M1A6 tank unit within the Armor Task Force, you were tasked with spearheading the northern assault for Operation Desert Thunder. This covert campaign aimed to dismantle a terrorist group that had seized a tranquil Middle Eastern nation. However, the operation was exposed, and your battalion was decimated. With no other choice, you must press on to the capital to link up with friendly forces.
