Heryon is a world in ruins. Following the arrival of an enigmatic alien power, the planet was dragged into a ceaseless cataclysmic conflict where sorcery and science were used to their darkest limits. A new terror has risen: through a vile act of warfare, the invaders introduced the Corrosion, a lethal malady mutating all life into grotesque abominations. Amidst this despair, a young warrior confronts his destiny, setting out on a monumental quest to decide the future of Heryon. Highlights include a compelling tale full of twists, a gorgeous fantasy open world, strategic turn-based combat, and charismatic characters. The audio features work by Yasunori Mitsuda of Chrono Trigger and Xenoblade Chronicles fame. Additional systems include crafting, a fearless yet adorable beast companion, and over 50 hours of gameplay. Developed by Midgar Studio, a small indie team from Nîmes, France, formed in 2008 by thirteen passionate gamers specializing in hardcore PC and console titles.
