About This Game

Deep in the future of mankind, a sudden distortion in space-time emerged on Encelade, a moon orbiting Saturn. Vessels from an unidentified origin launched a surprise assault on the human fleet, resulting in mass destruction. Earth appears to be falling to this invasion, leaving only a tiny reconnaissance team near Encelade unscathed. Approaching the moon's frozen surface offers a final glimmer of hope for a counter-strike against these extraterrestrial aggressors. Enceladus is a shoot 'em up that channels the spirit of the PlayStation and Saturn age, blending mechanical gameplay elements with a contemporary art style. The controls are accessible, yet mastering the game is essential to conquering the seven stages. You command the "Frost," a starship equipped with energy projectiles and a high-power laser beam. It also features a massive explosion ability to clear difficult situations. The Frost's primary strength is its teleportation capability. Pressing a button deploys a phantom image of the ship while you continue fighting; releasing the button instantly teleports Frost back to the phantom. This mechanic facilitates rapid movement, evasion of heavy fire, and reaching otherwise blocked areas. While teleportation demands practice, mastering it renders the Frost significantly more resilient.
