About This Game

War has erupted. The global superpower Galbadia has declared conflict on Dollet, a nation harboring a military academy where two distinct figures reside: the volatile Seifer and the introverted 'lone wolf', Squall Leonhart. The tension between these two equals the tension between their nation and Galbadia; Squall is perceived by many as having poor teamwork, whereas Seifer lacks the discipline found in his rival. Yet, an unexpected meeting with the carefree Rinoa Heartilly shakes Squall's world completely; a man used to strict order, Squall finds himself intrigued by the unrestrained Rinoa. He also starts experiencing dreams of Laguna Loire, a soldier from the Galbadian army. Meanwhile, a sorceress is controlling the most influential figures in Galbadia. Can Squall and his allies defeat this crazed sorceress and preserve their world? What significance does the enigmatic Laguna hold? The greatest role-playing adventure of all time returns, and you alone determine the outcome.
