About This Game

Grimm and Rose, the grim reapers, require your assistance to conquer a swarm of monsters, ghosts, and wicked bunnies through the power of words!

Cast spells by forming words to fight enemies, gather gems, and buy upgrades, books, special items, and potions! Letter Quest tests your linguistic abilities for survival. This turn-based RPG features crisp artwork, intelligent wordplay, and a fantastic soundtrack.

Letter Quest, Remastered includes a brand-new Endless Mode, letting you pick backgrounds, music, characters, weapons, and tiles to see how long you last. It now has 60 total achievements (8 new ones), fully animated foes and shopkeepers, and a new soundtrack alongside the original. Battle tooltips assist you during fights. The game is fully rewritten in Unity for a smoother feel, better resolution, superior audio, and supports Windows, Mac, and Linux. Complete 70 quests using the updated dictionary of over 192,000 English words.

All battles can be played via keyboard—type letters to build words, use backspace to delete, and customize hotkeys in the options menu. Touchscreen devices, including the Microsoft Surface Pro, are fully supported with swipe gestures for scrolling.

From the two-man Canadian team Bacon Bandit Games comes this complete remake of their first release. Moving from Flash to Unity took over 600 hours to ensure full support for modern platforms.
