About This Game

Overhaul Games returns MDK2 to the PC in amazing high definition, boasting improved visuals, sound, and mechanics. Witness the classic action platformer as it was originally intended to be seen and played on your computer. Kurt Hectic, suited up with his ribbon chute, is back once again to save the galaxy. He has teamed up with the genius Dr. Hawkins and the six-legged, gun-wielding robotic dog, Max. Together, the trio must out-sneak, out-blast, and out-think their adversaries to reclaim Earth from a wicked alien threat. This time, the adventure is presented in HD. You can play as all three characters: Kurt, Doctor Hawkins, and Max. Each hero possesses their own levels, abilities, items, and a distinct gameplay focus. Kurt specializes in stealth and sniping; the Doctor utilizes limited direct attacks but can craft items and effects from everyday objects; Max is a cigar-smoking, four-gun-toting demolition expert. Key Features include 10 Levels, Over 20 Enemies, Three different playable characters (Max, Dr Hawkins, and Kurt), Unique levels and items for each hero, Brand new HD graphics, Enhanced audio from the original sources, and Tweaked gameplay where Easy is genuinely easy while Hard mode is punishing.
