Memento Mori

Colonel Ostankovich, a special police commander in St. Petersburg, fears his reputation is ruined when a brief alarm glitch at the Hermitage suggests a theft. To prevent this, he contacts Maxim Durand, a former art forger, through Interpol agent Larisa Svetlova. Together, Max and Lara investigate locations like the Hermitage, an old library, Interpol's Lyon HQ, and a residence in Scotland. They interrogate suspects, uncover data, break codes, and find forgeries. Their journey leads Max and his brother to a Finnish cloister, where mysterious deaths and strange behavior force Max to the edge of sanity. Max, a young French professor with a criminal past, and Lara, a Russian militia captain at Interpol, are the two playable characters. This enhanced version features a classic point-and-click detective adventure with real-time 3D environments, dual-character gameplay, and multiple endings determined by player choices.
