About This Game
Planetbound is a 2D Arcade Rotatory Shootemup featuring permadeath where one hit kills you, and you must safeguard your planet from extraterrestrial beings. Shooting allows you to eliminate enemies, halts the pull of experience points, and provides a crunchy sensation. Slashing is used to deflect projectiles and inflict massive damage. Defeating foes spawns XP orbs, with extra XP granted for kills meeting specific criteria. Collecting these allows for planet upgrades. Rock parts improve weaponry by extending range, firing lasers, and adding projectiles, while Tree parts form a planetary atmosphere that acts as a shield and boosts speed.
