The small town of Saddletown has suddenly become the focus of the whole kingdom because the elves believe the culprit is hiding there, and the townsfolk are being held accountable. The mayor of Saddletown requests a meeting with an agent from the Peacekeepers Guild, entrusting him with the continued peace between the two races and the destiny of the Five Kingdoms.
