About This Game

Serious Sam Fusion 2017 updates several Croteam-developed Serious Sam titles to the newest engine technology. If you already own Serious Sam HD: The First Encounter, Serious Sam HD: The Second Encounter, or Serious Sam 3: BFE, you receive the Fusion 2017 update at no cost. This package acts as a central hub for integrating patches, upgrades, and new engine capabilities. VR versions of the games are also included. Please note that this release is in beta, so you might encounter occasional bugs alongside the gameplay. The software allows for a shared workshop and cross-game mods, enabling you to launch different titles from a single interface without restarting. Game servers for all versions are listed together, allowing for cross-game map voting and mixed multiplayer between VR and standard players. New features include support for SteamOS/Linux/OSX, split-screen gameplay, 64-bit executables, Vulkan API support, and multithreaded rendering. Other improvements are a lightweight savegame system, full controller support, proper multi-monitor and borderless window modes, customizable audio outputs, 3D audio, enhanced physics, texture streaming, and expanded modding tools.
