Shadows: Heretic Kingdoms is the sequel to the saga, taking place twenty years after the events of Kult: Heretic Kingdoms. This isometric action RPG features an epic journey with challenging mechanics, a gripping narrative, and attractive graphics. You assume the role of the Devourer, a demon who swallows the souls of the dead to return them to the mortal world as his puppets. He holds the power to either stop a great threat and save the world or bring about total ruin. Story: Following the murder of four members of the secret Penta Nera order, their souls were devoured by a pack of Devourers. They now roam the mortal realm as the demonic Penta Nera, wreaking havoc in search of soul essence. The fifth member, intent on revenge, summons a distinct Devourer. Unlike his siblings, he can absorb many souls, becoming more human or schizophrenic as he does so. He can stop the demonic Penta Nera and save the world, or plunge it into disaster.
