About This Game

From the creators of the award-winning sci-fi game Out There comes a narrative set in the near future where a paradigm-shifting scientific discovery promises radical new technologies. This breakthrough, known as the Sigma Theory, offers the power to destroy the global financial system, wipe out entire countries, or achieve immortality. Since only a handful of scientists can harness this discovery, the world's superpowers are racing to control it. You are placed in charge of your country's Sigma division with the objective to ensure your nation reaps the benefits first. You will have access to elite covert agents, advanced tactical drones, and your own skills in diplomacy and subterfuge to navigate this cold war. This game serves as the ultimate espionage simulation featuring turn-based gameplay where you use special agents to dominate the world through seduction, blackmail, manipulation, and industrial espionage. You can develop a dynamic narrative by managing relations with over 100 NPCs, including lobbies, armed groups, and politicians, choosing between alliances, deception, or assassination. Field operations allow you to direct kidnappings during gripping pursuits through major cities, deciding between discretion and direct confrontation. Recruitment involves assembling a team of four special agents from 50 unique unlockable characters, each with their own story, motivations, and traits. You can access archetypes like the investigator, soldier, hacker, and seducer to complete your division. Once your team is ready, assign them missions globally to gather scientists, discover compromising documents, and exploit their abilities to turn targets to your side or neutralize them. Counter-espionage is essential as other nations will try to infiltrate your country and seize your scientists. You must track, capture, and interrogate enemy agents to gain intelligence or exchange them for ransom. During exfiltration phases, you order your agents to extract recruited scientists in turn-based missions through capital cities, utilizing drones for support. Diplomacy is key to achieving goals; you can meet foreign counterparts to use flattery, threats, or blackmail, recover captured agents, or advance research. Finally, manage a tech tree by rallying scientists to discover new technologies like mind control, robot soldiers, and immortality, deciding whether to keep these discoveries for yourself or share them with the world.
