YIIK: A Postmodern RPG

A strange glitch appears on April 4th, a date that mirrors the mysterious 404 code. In a desperate act, a child trades her name for a chance to go to a birthday party, wishing to find her lost brother. Meanwhile, Alex, fresh out of college, comes home to find his reality falling apart. Guided by a cat that moves through his mind, Alex explores his consciousness and sees the impossible: a woman inside an iron maiden fading away. This sight starts an obsession that could break the boundaries of his world. Combat in YIIK I.V is a unique turn-based system where players use normal objects to fight weird enemies, helped by Karta. Taking damage causes bleeding, and every move made while bleeding brings you closer to losing. You must race against time to survive longer than your enemies and stop the bleeding. Explore landscapes that mix reality with dreams. These places are full of complex puzzles, traps, and strange foes that challenge your view of what is real. The story switches between Alex and the Nameless Child, pulling you into their connected yet separate lives, revealing more about their fates with every twist. The game's music has over 200 tracks ranging from drum and bass to progressive rock, played by live musicians to add a real and lively feel to the journey.
